Reflection:

Reflection: I created this reflective essay and additional resource list for this portfolio. I also located the infographics depicting the RtI process and the ADAPT problem solving framework. In the essay, I review the key elements of Competency 3 and reflect on how I will apply my understanding of them to my teaching.
